REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Return your bike at an official station and close the FrameLock. If you return your bike away from a station, a service fee of €20 will be charged. If you leave the bike unlocked, a service fee of €25 will be charged.

You can rent up to four bikes at the same time using one account. Special rates and conditions only apply to the first bike. Additional bikes are charged at the Pay As You Go rate.

If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 15 €/24 h.

If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 30 €/24 h per rental.
Monthly
€ 10 / month
The first 60 minutes of your next rental are included. Afterwards, each additional 15 min will be charged at 0.50 € (max. 10 €/24 h).
The subscription renews automatically.

€ 40 / year
The first 60 minutes of your next rental are included. Afterwards, each additional 15 min will be charged at 0.50 € (max. 10 €/24 h).
